Exterior window cleaning
Exterior windows can be cleaned with traditional hand washing and a squeegee or a water-fed pole using purified water, depending on your preference and the property. The two methods may be priced differently.

I’ll confirm the work in your quote. Exterior glass, frames and sills are included where agreed. Interior windows and additional exterior work are priced separately.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily for outside windows if we have agreed safe access. Please tell me about gates, pets or other access restrictions. For inside windows, clearing windowsills beforehand is helpful.
Can I have a one-off clean?
Yes. You can book a one-off clean with no ongoing schedule, or ask about 4, 6 or 8-weekly visits.
Could my first clean cost more?
A first clean may take longer if there is built-up dirt. I’ll explain the first-visit price and any different regular price before you book.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Light rain may not stop an exterior clean. If conditions make the work unsuitable or unsafe, I’ll discuss rearranging the visit.
What if I have a problem after cleaning?
Let me know within 24 hours to use the additional Full Force satisfaction promise. I’ll arrange a suitable return visit for qualifying issues. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Do you clean gutters too?
I can discuss both debris clearing from inside gutters and cleaning visible exterior surfaces such as fascias and soffits. The two types of work are quoted separately and depend on safe access.
